HOUSE ARREST AND CURFEW MONITORING
GPS TRACKING

Technology can never completely take the place of in-person interaction between a supervising agent and offenders. However, reliable technologically-advanced Electronic Monitoring can offer highly beneficial and effective tools to supervising agents. By incorporating and recording electronic data, from offenders on a 24/7 basis, EM can lead to much more effective time management and give more information than is possible with in-person monitoring. With the possibility of offender caseloads growing in the future, the use of every available resource must be considered.
The newest technologies in Electronic Monitoring are now available in Colorado exclusively through Day Contact Services (DCS), a service of Lost and Found Inc. With our Headquarters located in Wheat Ridge Colorado, we offer EM equipment from basic House Arrest and Curfew Monitoring to single unit GPS to the Generation III Tattle Tale. The Gen III Tattle Tale bracelet will allow for monitoring of drugs and alcohol as well as give GPS location. No other single system is capable of this.
The tools provided by DCS will increase offender accountability and reduce recidivism. This will afford the offender the greatest probability of success. There are no EM devices that can prevent an offender from making bad choices but by increasing the odds that they will be caught, and by giving the offender one more thing to think about before actually following through on a bad idea, may be what is needed to prevent recidivism for some. For those that do follow through with the "Bad Idea", our devices will produce alerts to notify the monitoring centers and supervising agents of the infraction within seconds.
Specialized programs which incorporate exclusion zones, Automated Crime Scene Correlation and Stalker Alert are also available. There is also the capability of confirming the presence of one offender or as many as 40 in a single location using adjustable radio frequency (RF) signal.
